National Specialist SCITTs

We are part of the National Specialist SCITTs, home of subject-specific school-centred initial teacher training created and developed by Chorus Education Trust. 

The National Specialist SCITTs provides unique teacher training programmes with a strong focus on subject-specific training. Throughout the course, trainees learn directly from experts and professionals within their chosen subject area.

Our programmes combine academic learning with practical experience in schools, along with specialist training from subject experts. This ensures you develop a strong understanding of teaching, are ready for classroom life, and become part of a community of subject-specific teaching community.
